How It Works
Hotels Helping Heroes has strong relationships with hotel brands that span across the United States. We connect first responders and essential workers with these hotels in exchange for social media posts and a small fee.
1.
Book it.
Click on the Get Started button and fill out the online form in detail. Place an N/A in the columns that do not apply, and allow 3 to 5 business days to process your request.
2.
Get Matched.
A Hotels Helping Heroes agent will identify potential trade affiliates based off the information provided on the online form. A hotel may accept, decline, or counter an offer based on room availability and value of the trade offer.
3.
Get connected.
Once a trade offer is accepted by the hotel affiliate you will receive an email and company invoice from Ignite Hospitality Services detailing the booking and trade details. All invoices are to be covered once the booking and trade terms are agreed upon.
